The language of bonuses

Bonus conditions use a vocabulary of their own, and a few words decide whether a bonus is worth taking. These terms apply to the welcome package of 100% up to KES 76,000 + 50 free spins with 35x wagering.

• Cashback: part of your losses returned, here 10% on a weekly basis
• Contribution: how much of each stake counts for the rollover, depending on the game
• Free spins: rounds on a selected slot paid by the casino; their winnings carry a rollover
• Stake limit: the largest single bet permitted with an active bonus
• Rollover (wagering): the multiplier applied to a bonus before it can be withdrawn; here 35x within 30 days
• Bonus money: credit that becomes withdrawable only after wagering

Other terms on the reels

Demo mode lets you play with virtual credits to learn a game for free. Scatters pay regardless of position and frequently start the feature. Hit frequency describes how regularly a game pays out. The wild symbol replaces others in a combination.

Banking vocabulary

The cashier and the account section use a set of practical terms. Knowing them makes every transaction clearer.

Pending status means the request is in the queue and not yet processed. KYC, or know your customer: the identity check with ID and proof of address. Processing time: 12 hours to 3 business days between request and payment at Pepeta.

Withdrawal minimum: KES 100, the lowest payout possible. The ceiling for one day is $10,000. Account currency is set when you open the account and is hard to change later, typically KES in Kenya.

Words for crypto payments

Network: the blockchain on which a coin is sent; sender and receiver must use the same one. Confirmation is the step that makes a blockchain payment final. Gas fee: the cost of a crypto transfer, paid to the network, not the casino.

Transaction ID: the unique reference of a transfer, handy when tracing a payment. Wallet address: the string of characters you send coins to; always copy it, never type it. Stablecoin: a coin pegged to a fiat currency to avoid price swings.

Security and access terms

These words come up in security settings and support chats. They are worth knowing even if you never have a problem. The official Pepeta site and its mirrors are described in a guide of their own.

Two-factor authentication: a code or app confirmation in addition to your password. Official domain: the address the operator itself publishes. Phishing: an attempt to steal login or payment details through fake sites or messages.
